How can I request my repeat prescription?

  1. Online, under tab order repeat prescriptions
  2. Put in repeat prescription form into the Pulses TSM medical clinic post box
  3. Post completed prescription to 5 Sycamore House, Millennium Park, Naas, Co Kildare

Verbal request for medication is not accepted.
